Looking for Opinions on Dining

I am in the process of planning our 7 night stay in July and my 180 day window is quickly approaching. A little background, the party will consist of DH, DS-9, DD-6, and myself. We will be staying at AKV concierge. We have been to Disney several times and have done character dinners and liked them but have had better food at non-character restaurants. This is what I am planning for so far, but am open to suggestions and/or changes. Dining Plan has not been decided on yet. Also, this is our first stay concierge so we may eat some breakfasts in the lounge.

Sunrise Safari (possibly)
Kona's dinner
Le Cellier dinner
Boma b-fast
Olivia's dinner
Whispering Canyon Cafe dinner
Captain's Grille dinner

I don't think I would Olivia's. I might do 'ohana or Artist Point if you want a resort. Or maybe Chefs de France in a park

I would suggest House of Blues or Wolfgang Puck Express. Both are very good! I don't know if WPE is on the DDP (if you decide to use it). HOB is not. If given a choice between the two, I'd go for HOB.

We love Kona and also enjoy Ohanas! Another favorite is Coral Reef!
