Looking for MEARS Connect Experiences (Drop-off order and Wait Times)

I'm curious on getting insight from those of you who have used MEARS Connect since the start of the year with the retirement of Disney Magical Express. I'll be staying at the Coronado Springs Resort in March and have booked a roundtrip fare to the resort from the airport with MEARS.

A few questions:

1. Are certain the resorts grouped into sections of which bus we are to board?
2. Is there a set order in which passengers are dropped off?
3. What were the wait times from arriving at the check-in kiosk to boarding and leaving the airport?

I usually would just take an Uber, but for one passenger (solo trip), it doesn't seem to be worth the extra splurge (just my MO) when it could go towards food and shopping. I know others feel differently though.
