Looking for Letter from Mickey Design

I saw someone made a explorers kit for their child and they used a card that said "From the desk of Mickey Mouse" and it had his picture on it. Does anyone have anything like that ? Im also Looking for a label so I can add it to a package and my kids will think Mickey sent it. Thank you so much !
