Looking for info on rare Disney Home Video Clock w/ YELLOW HANDS. Prototype?

Hi

I'm looking for any info I can get on a rare Disney Home Video promo clock that I recently acquired from my grandparents estate. My grandpa was a toy collector who had been collecting toys for decades and had passed away, way back in 1994.

This clock is made of steel, is approx. 17" across and doesn't have any date on it. I'm guessing it's from the late '70s or '80s. It's like new and I believe it even has the original box with the Styrofoam insert.

Mickey is painted onto the face with a stripped outfit (not a Fantasia outfit) and he has yellow hands.

Anyway, I have scoured the internet and can't find a scrap of info about it. It's NOT like the ones on ebay or any other ones ive seen. I'm thinking it could possibly be a prototype?

Any leads or info would be greatly appreciated.
