Looking for guidance on waiting time for attractions

First timers need to understand waiting times on the average for genie+, Lightning Lane, and what's the difference without using them.

If you go on weekdays like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is it easier to get on rides in less time?

Any hints would be appreciated.

The best way to get an idea of wait times is to download the app and watch the tip board throughout the day. It will show standby times, and return times for LL (not wait times). On most days, wait times for LL usually average anywhere from walk on to 20 minutes (more on really busy days or if there are breakdowns). With the reservation system, and lower 1 day ticket prices on weekdays, crowds seem to be spread out more evenly through the week now.

Mondays defy definition; each one is its own thing with too many variables. Visitors will often relate that Mondays feel the busiest.

To some degree, Tuesdays - Thursdays will be less busy but, in turn, Disney is offering less entertainment and understaffing the park. During the Summer, the entertainment may not be dialed back quite as much.

For me, if you are doing three days, it should be Thu - Sat or Fri - Sun. Four days, I’d do Thu - Sun or Sat - Tue.

I’d never suggest Mon - Thu, unless budget is a huge issue.

No matter the day or time of year, if you are willing to open or close the park down, you’ll find sweet spots for wait times.

Depending on when you are going, weekdays may have shorter hours or less entertainment. So from a rides/activities per day perspective, you may do worse than going on a busier day with longer hours.

Mondays are often worse wait-time wise than Sundays and depending on when you go, you also have to be aware of events or conferences that mess with the crowd levels.
