Looking for Good Celiac/Gluten Free dining outside of the parks

My mother in law will be visiting us at WDW. She has celiac. What are your favorite restaurants outside of the parks for gluten free dining? Downtown Disney, at the resorts etc. We will have a car. Counter or table service. Thanks!

Just read about a place on International Drive in my GF magazine. Fogo de Chao. The entire restaurant offerings are almost all GF. We may try it ourselves when we go in April. It is an upscale chain from what I understand.
