I found one a while back in the Lego Brickmaster magazine (I believe that's the name). My son's get it for free...just sign up on the Lego site.

I've only seen buy one get ones in that magazine the last year, even the ticket when we joined this time was a bogo vs one free child admission.

You can also find the closest Lego store and get the Lego Jr. magazine for free in the store. They have a postcard insert in there with the B1G1 free child admission.

The buy an adult and get a child in for free coupons are in just about every brickmaster. So sign up quick and you might get one in the mail in time.
