Looking for Dug from Up teeshirt design

I love the UP autograph cards that I have found from various DISigners thanks! Does anybody do UP designs for teeshirts specifically DUG w/ cone like in my avatar ??? Thanks....also if somebody knows I am making a teeshirt for MNSSHP and glueing cutout foam pieces to a tee, what would be the best glue for that??

Look at Tebi's disign thread - she made an awesome one for my daughter Sally!!! Her main thread is over on pg. 2 right now - looks like she's on vacation.
