Looking for Autograph Cover from...

Disneymommy2006's ABC book. I'd like the book cover that says "Disney Autographs"

I posted to her thread, but haven't heard back yet and I'm desperately trying to cross autograph books off my list.

Anyone knows who did this disign? Or have one you can post?

Thanks M I C K E Y. I actually found a link to Pat's photobucket and just found what I needed there. Her account had both my kids' names, which was awesome as neither of them have very common names!
