Looking for an example of a Terms of Rental contract for renting out points

Our plans changed and now I have some reservations that I need to rent out. I canceled/modified some of the reservations in order to get back current UY points that I could bank. But remaining reservations are using borrowed points. I've tried searching for an example of a contract of rental terms, but haven't found one. I would appreciate if DIS members would be so kind as to share what they use when renting points.

Hi @disneygrandma - I've got one that I've got out in the cloud. I've put a Microsoft Word and PDF copy of my current DVC rental agreement here.

There's also a primary discussion on Effective DVC Point Rental Agreements here. that you can skim through. It has various thoughts from different folks on what makes a good rental agreement. The one I created takes the approach that documenting specifics is best for both parties.
