Looking for an average time - landing, to luggage, to calling uber, to hotel. Guessimates welcome.

First off, we have no pressing need to arrive at a certain time, this is more for me in general to figure out a not set in stone plan for arrival day.

Plane is scheduled to land at 11:06am - United. Let's pretend it's on time. After we get off plane, how long would you guess to get to hotel doing all I mentioned? Getting luggage, getting Uber - staying at Beach Club. Two of us that move at a relatively quick pace.

Maybe 12:30 if all goes quickly? Factor in time to get off the plane, about 20 minutes to take the monorail/train at MCO to baggage claim and retrieve your luggage. Then maybe 5-10 minutes to walk and get an Uber, and about 35 minutes to the Beach Club.

I agree, roughly 90 minutes from arrival at gate, if all goes well. The wild card is getting your checked luggage.

That would be me. But we seem to land at the same gate every time, so I have a bathroom I use every time that moves fast.

Yes, but that runs concurrently with the time required for checked luggage to arrive at bag claim!

Is that why luggage takes as long as it does? To allow for restroom stops?!
