But what I've been finding online looks nothing like what I'm talking about. A BBQ place that closed down around here made it and called it scrapple, but I thought that was a pork/sausage breakfast thing. It had mashed sweet potatoes, boiled/cubed white potatoes, corn, diced ham and some hot pepper seasoning.
Is anyone familiar with this?

Of course I'm talking about PA Dutch Scrapple...the kind made out of the "scraps" left over from butching a hog.
