Looking for a Mickey Head design - but can't remember who did it!

I was following threads one to another, and saw an awesome Mickey head design. And then followed a link to another thread, and then my ipad died and I completely lost the thread of the one I liked!

It was fairly simple - more of an outline of Mickey's head, and the lines were all words, having to do with the year, family name, and a few other details and some small graphics in it as well if I remember correctly.

I apologize in advance if I'm going about this all wrong!

Does this sound familiar to anybody? Would somebody please point me in the right direction so I can have a better look and request a DISign?
