Looking for a Layout. . help!

Ok, Ladies, here's my problem. A while back I saw a layout with a definition of "Disney-a-holic" or something like that on it. I can't remember if someone here talked about it (or posted a link), or I saw it on 2Ps. I believe it was a 8 1/2" X 11", but I'm not sure. I know I emailed the lady who created it, but I can't remember where I saw it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think I know the layout you are talking about. I thought I had saved it, but I looked through all of my stuff and can't find it either. Did the page have a lot of definitions of being a disneyaholic? I will keep looking, but hopefully someone else will find it, as I had planned on scraplifting it too.
