Looking for a hotel near Disney Springs for anniversary trip/local wedding

DH and I will be visiting the area in September for my cousin's wedding in Montverde, FL. I was thinking of extending the trip by a few days to celebrate our anniversary and am looking for hotel/resort ideas. I'm thinking the Disney Springs area would be nice so that we could go there for dinners, shopping, etc. Looking for a place with a nice pool because we want to do some relaxing during the day.

Budget would be no more than $250 per night. It's important that the place would be walking distance to Disney Springs if possible.
