here is the recipe I have
CAKE:
3 eggs
2/3 Cup canned pumpkin
1 Cup sugar
3/4 Cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
MIX ALL TOGETHER, MAKES ONE ROLL
1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
FILLING: (Makes enough for two rolls)
3 TBS butter
12 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 Cup confectioners sugar
MIX TOGETHER
Using Cookie sheet with edge, spray with Pam,
Lay sheet of waxe paper in the pan, and spray with Pam again
Pour cake batter in pan and sprinkle with nuts
BAKE 375* FOR 15 MINUTES
Have dish towel ready coated with conf sugar.
Immediately tip on towel, peel paper and roll up in towel.
Put in refridgerator for about 1 hour.
When cool, unroll and spread with filling, roll up again, trim ends, wrap in saran wrap and refridgerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
