Looking for a design for a tshirt

I am wondering if anyone is able to create a design for me for our upcoming Disney cruise? I am open to any ideas/suggestions someone might be willing to offer. I am looking for an image that would be about the size of a pocket for the front of the shirt.

Here is an idea I had, but not sure how to actually create it. It would be the outline of a Mickey Head, the left ear would say Bogle Family Vacation, the Right ear would day Disney Cruise or Disney Cruise Line, or Disney Fantasy. The circle that makes the head would list all the stops for our cruise. They are

Cozumel, Mexico
Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Falmouth, Jamaica
Disney Castaway Cay


and the center of the mickey head would have a silhouette image of a Disney cruise ship.


Here is our information so you can create whatever comes to mind!!
