It looks like Christmas is cancelled in Santa Barbara, thanks to the organizers caving into fears of ICE raids among local residents. The Milpas St Parade has been scrapped for 2025. Most of the residents in the area are of the ethnicity that the current administration’s iteration of ICE are targeting.
