looking for a cell.

Years ago I came across a cell of the Fab5 up on stage in the spot light with their heads bowed. At the foot of the stage in the shadows is Walt. It gives his year of birth and death. I wanted is so badly but didn't have the money. I was wondering if anyone knows how I could find it? I know it will soooo much money now but I am curious.

I don't remember that particular sericel. It does, however, sound like a lithograph that Warner Brothers released after the death of Mel Blanc. It had all the WB cartoon stars - Bugs, Daffy, Porky, etc. exactly as you described. It was titled "Speechless".

Exactly! I saw that one too!I love the Disney version!

I have never seen a Disney cel like this, but did see the WB one (and really liked it too.) I thought the WB cel was done in very good taste.

The Disney one was almost exactly the same. It was YEARS ago that I saw this though. I bet I won't have much luck.

You might want to contact a gallery that specializes in Disney Art. They can check with their various contacts and see if it's available. We had to do that when we were trying to obtain the WDW 25th Anniversary sericel. It took them 8 months to find us one.
