Looking for a 6 BR NICE rental house that is CLOSE to the park

I am considering renting a house with my wife, kids, inlaws, parents, siblings - etc. Probably about 15-20 people.
We would love to do one or two large houses. (4-7 BR each)
I would like to stay in a higher end type of place that is minutes away from the park.
I talked with a guy at work who had stayed at such a place but I quit my job before I got the site name from him!!!
There wil be 5 little kids (ages 0-4).
Pool is a must.

This trip is still a year away. I am just fact finding. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Every January my dad books a 5 bedroom house for 3 months and all of our family comes and goes. This year he has booked at Formosa Gardens, it is a gated community very close to the Animal Kingdom. My husband and I live in Orlando so we went and checked out the neighborhood before my dad booked it and the neighborhood is amazing. The houses are beautiful and must are 4-6 bedrooms. He has stayed in about 5 different neighborhoods before Formosa Gardens and I feel this is definitely the must "high end" of all of them.

I am booking a house in Emerald Island in 2007. Everything I have read about the place sounds wonderful. It is a gated community as well and very close to Disney. I researched for a long time and feel this place is everything we were looking for. Good luck in your search!

some of the neighborhoods would be Emerald Island, Indian Creek, Oak Island Cove, Sunset lakes, Windsor Palms are all on the 192/Formossa Garden Blvd. area.
They are all about 4 - 5 Miles from Disney going the back way.
Have a great time looking at all the homes! Its so much fun to see how they are all a bit different!

Windsor Hills has nice 4 to 6 bedroom pool homes and a beautiful club house with a large pool area and water slide. The homes are less than 2 yrs. old and Windsor Hills is only 2 miles from Disney area. Try VRBO.com or windsorhillsrent.com
