Looking for a 5/6 bedroom house rental within a resort setting recommendations

Hello,
We are planning a trip in June...this will be our 15th trip Disney. I have a lot of experience planning these trips but as the kids get older (20's) their wants/needs have changed and I'm looking for suggestions. I'd love to rent a 5/6 bedroom house that has a private pool as well as a clubhouse like main pool along with a fitness gym. Does anyone have any recommendations for resort names that I can search that are close by? I've looked into Windsor Hills, but I'm sure there's plenty more. I appreciate any suggestions or advice.

Windsor Hills is the closest to Disney. I have friends that stay regularly at Terra Verde and Lake Berkley.

I have stayed at Lake Berkley a few times myself - it is a nice community but pretty small and quiet.

Storey Lake is very new but starting to gain some popularity - looks to have some awesome amenities!

We have a townhouse booked in Windsor at Westside (again looks like awesome amenities) for May which is a little further away but we are not planning any park days during that part of our stay.
