Looking for 286-315pts at BWV 5/06.GOT THEM, THANKS!

I am trying to secure a minimum of 286 points at BWV for a 2bdrm villa in May 06. I would like to rent them from someone with BWV as a home resort to secure this room at the 11 month mark.
