i think the economy has a lot to do with resales no matter what resort it is.
ssr shows up more often because it is so large and there are so many members.
all resorts sell to park visitors when the resort is new and it is the one being promoted most. after a little while, when buyers realize that they want/need other things more than their dvc membership, it goes on the market.
the marvelous thing about dvc is that it will resale. other timeshares don't seem to resale. i guess that just proves that walt and mickey never die.
everybody has been a member of the mickey mouse club at some time in their lives.
