I made the gold. It was a goal of mine to reach a 30 lb. loss. This is the most weight I have ever lost in my entire life. It feels great.

Need to p/u supplies at the food store for tomorrow nights dinner and I'm going to put 6 (5 lb.) bags of potatoes together and think, "that is off me."

Being a big loser never felt so great.

Thank you for your words of encouragement. I'm not done yet, but I want to sit back for a moment and bask in the glow of the gold medal!
