We are letting DH sleep in a little bit
normally, he is unable to (work, and he is just not a good sleeper)

he and the man club were out REALLY REALLY late
so late that it could be called EARLY today....

so I bet his head is hurting a bit today.....

out meaning on the deck and in the hottub!:rotfl:

Hey i:lovestruc

CVS has some free with extra care bucks deals through wednesday

mostly "school supplies"
but stuff anyone can use
papermate pens
CVS pencils
noteboook paper
binders

stuff from 99 cents to 3.99 and you get that amount of ECB's back

I am looking forward to a little stop there today myself!

so sad.......
the power cord on the laptop

has bit the dust

these poor power cords really don't last long at the was40 house!

new rule:
you must shut down the laptop each night!
not just close the lid

i think this could be part of the problemo....

Today is cake eating day! Woo hoo!

I might have had a cupcake already (cupcakes were for the was40's, who get jealous if I make food for other venues than their tummies directly) he he he he

But first
the DD's and I are the nursery workers at church today! It is very fun to enjoy all the babies for an hour or so :yay:

thank you! I am very crafty, i:lovestruc
goes well with elementary teaching;)

:yay:
Your welcome was40

:worship: was40 that cake is amazing! You did a fantastic job...you could start your own business!

I had to babysit last night...
A got this nail thing that you put your finger into and GLITTER flys around...I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I hate glitter :scared:

You had to put these sticky things on the finger nail so the glitter would stick then you put it into the machine.

The whole process took about 45 minutes...2 seconds later A decided she didn't like them and ripped them off :headache:

I found it online

Same thing happened to me last week.
DS ordered one for me from e bay since Dell doesn't offer their own brand of power cords any more. Mine arrived on Friday.
I was sharing one with DH all week.
I can tell you that my laptop was shut down each night and there was no reason for this to happen so soon.

was40, you did a beautiful job decorating that cake!

I hope that your Grandma and Pap are doing well.

I am here for leftover cake. :teeth: Didn't want to ask for it earlier, twas to pretty to cut.

Happy Potter has been seen and the girls give it

Ah, I am familiar with this evil machine.
Tomorrow I will tell you all an amusing story involving nail polish and Gram and Pap.

Not alot of kids at nursery today.

Well, we could have used your help in ours today! We had 10 children, three and under and two babies which cried loudly and a lot, at the same time. One only wanted my DD's, NOT me to hold her. SHe cried big crocodile tears.....poor thing... then she stuck her them in her mouth and fell asleep! We were running out of arms to hold them all. When the girl started crying and DD picked her up, her three year old brother got jealous and wanted held too! Oy vey, we earned our money today! (cept we were volunteers....):rotfl:

hmmm
this blows the "not powering down " theory to pieces....

It has been a very long day
I will tell you all about it tomorrow

Gram and Pap are good, Sarah, we visited today.

I saved you a sliver of both chocolate and white cake, Judi (extra icing, because, darn, it is good!)
