We went to Cedar Point ALL day yesterday.
It was big fun!
DD10 is quite the thrill seeker, what a difference a year makes! It was a bit chilly, but no rain, and we rode endlessly all day with very short lines. Most were only 15 minutes, and even that was an exaggeration. No water rides, though, too cold to walk around wet! The kids had dippin' dots, and we all enjoyed the buffet lunch at the Midway Restaurant, the best deall goin' in the park. We left at 6:30 AM Thursday, got to the park before it opened (rope drop) and staggered home this morning at 12:30am. It take almost three hours to get to CP from here. It was a really great amusement park day.

Our town has a fourth of July festival each year
arts, crafts and foods

It is a big too doo
DD10 is fussing to go right now
but it is rainy and I don't favor stepping around in sogginess
so she can eat a funnel cake and do crafts!

DS is working the weekend at the pool
the park is right by the pool
and there will probably be a large crowd there
while the adults do the festival and foods

if it warms up, that is
not too fun to swim in rainy chilly weather

Dh has been summoned to jury duty
three days before our vacation

since it is rainy
and think about fixin' lunch for DD10
who is always hungry.

Yesterday she told me she gets hungry earlier than everyone else
because her stomach is little and she can't hold as much as the rest of us!

Hi everyone!! Long time no see!!! I haven't been around in AGES! As most of you know things were really crazy right before we went on our last trip, and things seemed to continue afterwards, but things seem to have smoothed out for us considerably over the past couple of months. I can't believe you guys have had this up and running for a year now!!! I would love to come back to all the randomness if you all will have me

Yesterday was a long day at work...
I went to Alicia's after and ended up
going to her brother's baseball game...
it was FREEZING!!!
We had gloves on...in JULY!
I spent the night at Alicia's
and we have spent the morning cleaning my entire house (grad party next weekend)!

Good Morning eh... afternoon. I am so "off" with a one hour time change it's crazy. I slept till 12:30 here which is like 1:30 at home. I guess it's not all that impressive since I didn't go to bed till about 3:30AM... I swear I was asleep an hour and the sun starting shinning in here.

Today is a whole lot of nothin day. No plans since Julie (BFF) had to go to work. Her fiancee, Jeff(y) was left in charge of me ..... right now we are competing for who can get the most sleep in a day.
