Twas a chilly start for the was40's today
I left a window open (just forgot it)
and when we stepped downstairs it was downright frigid!

DS came down in shorts
went back up to change
then I came down and realized the window issue
and Ds went back up and put the shorts on again
as I told him it would be warmer as the day went on

Yeah for glasses that are correct
Dental work that goes smoothly
Days that turn out sunny and warm
and chocolate

Day one of school went well for all three Was40kids

DD13 spent an hour on the computer typing up a five paragraph essay (bah)
DS did his algebra homework without even being prompted
and DD10 did her work at school and came home with no homework, so she scooted right out to play and I haven't seen her since.

I filled out the 589857362859392 forms and signature sheets
and when I sat down to compute
our server was temporarily unavailable
no phone or tv either

didn't last long
and here i am!

The kids looked all spiffy in their back to school duds
I hope to download the pics in a few minutes



I ordered pizza for dinner and DH is out picking it up
we are trying a new place tonight

our town has plenty of pizza places!

DD10 was cracking me up with the boots, faux pony and fur lined coat. The coat was ditched as soon as it warmed up.


DH wants to take a walk, so I am off for awhile!
