"Look at those Chompers!!" A January 2010 AKL DxDP TR...FINAL Update: 6/12 Day 8!

Ha Ha, I am in Texas, but not in Lubbock, so I do not know what the vibe is there, but if you have ever been to Lubbock you know the spirit is high, so I am sure it is still a HUGE deal. I personally like Mike and think it was a bad move on Tech's part!! :rolleyes1

I thought the whole thing was a big stanky. AS in stank of "we don't wanna pay your contract anymore so we're gonna make a big stinky story up and get rid of you." I mean I know Leach was a bit of an oddball but really?? If you're gonna torture a student, you don't torture one whose daddy is an ESPN reporter! Seriously.

Ok done with my soap box! :rotfl:

What a GREAT evening!!! A perfect way to start the trip, complete with Wishes. I'm so glad you got to see them!!!!

On our first trip to WDW (2006) we were there in late October and had the crane on our MK day. I was bummed because I thought it ruined my pictures! Now I look back and realized they were putting up the lights on the Castle during that time...and now I wouldn't mind getting the crane again, just to see them in action, working and all-and I know Henry would just LOVE it!! A crane at Mickey's House?!?! :hyper:

I was so glad that I got to see them this time too!!!!!!!!!!!! :goodvibes

The crane was a bit of an interesting photo challenge but it was really cool to see the behind the scenes of it all. I can totally see Henry being excited about a crane at Mickey's house!!!

I know I know!!!! I'm sorry! I'm about to work on an update now!!

So I am an idiot and here is reason 104...

Until the third post - I was reading all about your husband like this:

"Mr "I" am too good to get up and help woth the kids."

"Mr "I" decided to take a last moment conference so I was not there to help."

Like - I am too good for you or I am taking the dog to the vet.

Not Mr I as in Mr Incredible.

I thought you were talking about him in the third person. Which now makes sense why your sentences were missing wordage to make it make sense.

I thought you were just drinking while typing every other line! :lmao:

Seriously - go back and re-read it like I was - it actually comes accross as he is a "Mr I am too good for you" kind of guy but at times - made zero sense - like "Mr I called his Mom."

Good golly - I hope what I am trying to say makes sense.

I am just rolling here and you were totally fine - Mrs. I was an idiot was not!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I totally know what you are saying. I hadn't realized how often I type Mr. I and not Incredible.

I'm glad you got a laugh out of it, regardless if it was intentional or not! :rotfl2:

Signed-
Mrs. *I* think my husband is so incredible I assume everyone knows what I stands for.

:lmao: :lmao:

Btw, thanks for stopping over and reading!! !!!

We had a wake up call for 7am and we actually got up without issue. AMAZING for us! Vacation giddiness was definitely winning over any exhaustion we may have had.

Mr. Incredible jumped in the shower while I got on the phone with Disney dining at 7:01am sharp. I had woken up with an idea!! Uh oh. That's never a good thing for this Diser! :lmao:

BUT the idea of using a dining credit for a quick service breakfast when the same credit would get you a buffet at Boma, well, it hurt. BAD. So I thought, why not? So I called and got an in house dining reservationist. Which is a bit different than just calling 407WDW DINE. They knew everything about me. Where I was staying, where I was from, when I was leaving, what size underwear I was currently wearing, what size underwear I would need after 7 days on the Deluxe Dining plan. :rolleyes1

So as she's comparing info to make sure I'm really who I said I was, she asked me if I lived in Flufferville.

:lmao:

This struck me as funny for some reason. I mean, there may be a Flufferville somewhere but I would not want to live there. Not that Pflugerville (where we live for real) is much better, but still. She thought Pfluger was Fluffer and we both had a good laugh about it. I think I may have been delirious at that point, it was early....6am Texas time early.

Low and behold, Flufferville aside, there was an 8:30am reservation available. We had a little over an hour to get ready and get downstairs. I got the boys ready then myself, while Mr. Incredible turned on the news. It was at this point that we first heard of the earthquake in Haiti. It was beyond surreal to be on a vacation of a lifetime. A vacation that I was being spoiled on right and left and then to sit and watch those poor people living in tents made out of sheets, waiting for food and water and wondering if their loved ones had survived. Believe me. I felt guilt at that moment. If anything, I counted my blessings even more closely the rest of the week.

It seems we have a history of vacationing during catastrophes. We were in Vegas when Katrina hit. I was in Disney when the Virginia Tech shootings happened, and then Disney again this year during the Haiti earthquake. Course, nowadays, it seems there are catastrophes every time you turn around.

We finally make our way to breakfast, stopping for a few pictures.

January2010168.jpg

Matching clothes while they still let me! I know this will end all too soon.

January2010169.jpg

The boys enjoyed having coffee cups for their frunch!

January2010170.jpg

January2010171.jpg

My first plate, after I took a bite. So out of food porn practice. LOVED those sticky buns!

January2010175.jpg

Second plate. The chocolate croissant thing was YUM but this was the only morning they had this kind. The other days we had breakfast there... and yes there were a number of them, they had a different choc croissant that was more like the ones you find everywhere else and weren't as good.

Breakfast was really good, especially when you consider a credit for buffet was worth a waffle and slab o sausage from Mara. I especially dug the sticky buns. Those were AWESOME! I tried the goat cheese scrambled eggs and a few other African inspired items and liked most of them. It was a fun experience, though we knew not to fill up too much as we had a lunch ADR at 1:30pm.

We ran back up to the room to get the stroller and everything we'd need for the day.

January2010178.jpg

The boys waiting for us to open the door for them.

January2010180.jpg

Another picture of that bridge. LOVE it!

I must have been reapplying lipstick or something because Mr. I had Jack-Jack in the main area of the room and before he knew it Jack-Jack was talking to the front desk on the phone. Mr. I said when he took the phone away from Jack-Jack and said "Ooops my two year old just started messing with the phone. Sorry!" and the front desk clerk said "Well would your two year old like to talk to Goofy?" pixiedust: Even Mr. Incredible was impressed with that little moment of magic. Jack-Jack was very animated as he 'talked' to Goofy and it was definitely a moment that made me melt a little, watching my baby talk to Goofy on the phone at Disney World.

January2010182.jpg

LOVE this moment! So glad I thought and had time to capture it in digital.

We made it to Epcot by 10am. The bus wait must not have been bad, because I didn't make a note of it being bad. :rotfl:

We took a few pictures

January2010183.jpg

Dash loves this fountain!

January2010184.jpg

It was still chilly this morning, but Dash still wanted to touch the water!

January2010185.jpg

Artsy shot of the Ep-i-cot ball, as Dash calls it. I seem to take this pic every trip.

January2010186.jpg

I love this fountain, too!

and observed that Spaceship Earth was LITERALLY walk on.

January2010187.jpg

CRAZY un-crowded!

AMAZING! The crowds were still fantastically low.

We made our way over to The Land. The Soarin' standby wait was 20 mins.... Just 20 mins an hour into park opening. We got our fast passes and they were good for 11am so we walked around the Land and rode Living with the Land even though I swore I had read it was going to be closed. When we got off the boat ride, we talked to guy at the Behind the Seeds desk to get a baby swap ticket. This was our first time getting a baby swap so I asked a few questions and I hate to say it but the guy got a little snippy with me. At first we were gonna ride it standby and then ride it again on fast pass, and I was trying to figure out if I needed to get more than one baby swap pass to do this and you'd think I was asking to cut in line. I didn't realize there was something wrong with baby swapping more than once on a ride?? :confused3

At any rate, as Dash and I were walking into the standby line I saw that the 20 min standby wasn't looking like a 20 min wait anymore. I started feeling bad. :guilty: I was leaving Mr. I and Jack-Jack on a bench for nearly an hour, to turn around and let him ride again for an hour, to turn around and swap us off again for Fast Pass redemption. I just couldn't do it. This was a family vacation. I wanted to spend time with my family, not split up for two hours to ride a ride twice. So I asked Dash and he agreed and we turned around and walked out before the line got too jam packed in there. We returned to find a playing Jack-Jack and a sitting on a bench Mr. I. I explained to Mr. I why we came back and he was smiling about it a bit. :lovestruc We wanted to be together and we decided from then on to do as much as we could to stay together.
Dash and I took a potty break and then it was almost time to ride with our FPs. We were standing in front of the entrace at 10:56am and they were sticklers this trip, checking your tickets to the minute. So we hung around and waited til 11 on the dot before we were allowed admission. Quickly enough we were off and Soarin' over California. Love that ride. Really love it. :cloud9: We didn't have front row, but we had a great ride. Love the feeling you get from that ride!

Continued in next post....

Continued from previous post!

This time, when we met back at our bench outside of the restrooms, Jack-Jack was passed out!!!!

January2010188.jpg

He was a limp noodle, he was so out. Mr. I said he just crawled up and fell asleep, just like that.

We switched Jack-Jack off and Dash headed back with Mr. I and the baby swap/Fast Pass combo to ride again. Turns out Mr. I didn't need his FPs because the baby swap lets up to 3 people ride again. I wish I'd known that he still had his FP then, we might would have used that FP again later for a solo ride or gotten a few more and returned or something. Anything to Soar again!!

I sat on the bench and caught up on Facebook. As I sat there, I reminisced about our trip last January. This was the same bathroom where I had sat on the floor of the family bathroom and nursed a fussy Jack-Jack. Only to find I couldn't get my tush off the floor while holding a passed out baby and nearly pulled the sink off the wall pulling myself up! :lmao:
I had a chuckle and got a little sad. Not nursing this trip. My baby was fast approaching two! :sad2:

Soon enough, the boys were meeting up with us again and Jack-Jack started to stir. We headed out of the land, retrieved our stroller, and turned left to Nemo and Friends. The ride was technically a walk on but with that lonnnnnnnnng queue it was fun with a toddler on a harness. Mr. I ended up carrying him most of the way and so we rode that way, Dash and I and Mr. I and Jack-Jack. Mr. I reported later that Jack-Jack did great on the ride except where the big scary glowy fish comes out and apparently Jack-Jack covered both his eyes with both his hands during that part.

We headed back to ride Spaceship Earth and the lines were a bit longer, maybe a whooping 5 mins!!

Jack-Jack had so much fun trying to keep up with Dash as we walked the queue. Everyone was laughing at him running in his swishy pants with me holding onto his "tail". He'd walk as fast as his little legs could carry him and all you'd hear is swishswishswishswish of his little pants. It was a cute moment, if I say so myself! :lovestruc

Still love this ride, though I'll be a Walter Cronkite fan for life. He's the rightful narrator in my opinion!!!! Jack-Jack rode with me and did great. He looked around and soaked it all up but stayed put the entire ride. I'm always scared he's gonna try to crawl out of our vehicle while we're turned around backwards at a 90 degree angle! :scared1: But thankfully, he sat on his seat the whole time!

January2010194.jpg

Jack-Jack sitting down like a big boy.

January2010196.jpg

The ride stopped for a bit so I took advantage with a flash photo. Shame on me!

January2010198.jpg

Our future....I hope our future is better than my attempt at photographing it was.

It was 12:45pm by now. We retrieved our stroller,

January2010200.jpg

The sign I made to distinguish our stroller from others. And I did see quite a few identical strollers!

took a few pictures

January2010202.jpg

My boys in front of another fountain. This family loves fountains! :rotfl:

and headed to Mousegears for a quick look-see. We browsed but did not buy. The CM at the register noticed the boys buttons and they instantly had a call from Goofy wishing them happy birthday! Dash is old enough to think it's cool that they share a birthday, so he told EVERYONE! :scared1: So then I got to answer a ton of questions... how did you pull that off? Was it natural? etc etc. *AHEM* So I answered, as coyly as possible. I'm not about to go into my long drawn out wrong due date, change due date, faux induction to get in on a Sunday when the doctor was on call STORY! Now on the DIS.... I'll tell y'all anything. :rotfl2: If you don't believe that, you need to read my first TR. :rolleyes1

At that point, we all were in need of freshening up before lunch. We stopped at one of the gateway restrooms and then checked in at the hostess stand at the top of the walkway to Le Cellier. We were ten minutes early for our very important lunchdate!!!

As we walked down, we stopped to take a few pictures.

January2010206.jpg

The little Anne of Avalon cabin... right? Isn't that what it is?

January2010203.jpg

Me and my boys!

When we made it into the waiting area of the restaurant, there was a 'waa waa' . Jack-Jack calls dogs waa waa. This was a special service dog so I talked to the boys quietly about not petting a doggie that's wearing a vest like he had on, because it meant they were working. Thankfully Dash didn't ask any impolite questions, because the dog's person was within ear shot. She was very friendly, and I joked about her coming to Texas to train my beagle. This dog was amazingly well behaved. He laid at her feet and underneath the bench and just watched.

All the CMs standing at the check in desk inside the restaurant were commenting on Jack-Jack's monkey on his back and their buttons. Dash had to tell them they had the same birthday...

again...

"OMG! How did you do that?! Were you induced, did you have a c-section? Was it planned? How did you get your due dates so close to each other!?"

:rotfl:

I wasn't mad about it, don't get me wrong. It's just funny the questions you'll get by a stranger. I was soooooooooooooo tempted to tell them EXACTLY how I managed to get a due date in January. :rolleyes1

Just sayin'.

:lmao:

Quickly enough we were on our way back to the depths of the cellar.....

Up next!!

Would we like Le Cellier as much as it's reputation would make us to believe we would? Would the boys melt down in our first sitdown 'fancy' restaurant?

Would we make it anywhere else for the day? What would our evening plans entail?

STAY TUNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great updates! The picture of the boys before you headed out for the day is adorable! And yummy to Boma for breakfast! Seems like a smart way to use your dining credits. And I want one of the chocolate croissants right now! That's hilarious that the front desk let Jack-Jack talk to Goofy...he'll probably want to pick up a phone everywhere now to talk to his Disney buddies!:goofy:

Sounds like a good morning in Epcot. 20 minute wait for Soarin'...that's pretty much the time it takes to wait to get into the final waiting area and then to wait for the next "flight" to begin. Wow! Oh, yeah, Living with the Land closed, but not until a couple days after we got there, I think. We rode it our first day, since we wanted to make sure to get it in.

Can't wait to hear about your experience at Le Cellier!

That is so awesome that you were able to just pop down and have a great breakfast at Boma and then run back up to your room to get what you needed for the day! And, I agree, a breakfast buffet is a much better use of your credits :thumbsup2

Jack-Jack asleep on Mr. I's lap is too cute - treasure these moments when they are little, they disappear all too fast :lovestruc

I love the sign you made for your stroller! What a cute way to be able to pick yours out from the crowd.

Can't wait to hear if you liked Le Cellier!

Great updates. I love Soarin, best ride in Epcot.

Your boys are so handsome. Enjoy it, they grow so fast. My little baby will be 11 in March and he still loves Disney, but it is a different experience as they get older.

Flufferville is not far from me!! :lmao::lmao:

Can't wait to hear what you thought of LeCellier.

I was excited to get into Boma most mornings we tried instead of walking down to Mara and using a credit for quickservice when the same credit could get buffet yummy goodness. That is an issue with Deluxe. It forces you to feel like you need to eat more food to get your money's worth.

Good to know I wasn't totally crazy about Living with the Land being closed around that time. 20 mins wait for Soarin would have been awesome but I could tell by where the line was backed up to that they were about to up the wait time to 30+.

I'm gonna try to get Part 2 of Day 2 out today!

I loved that perk of AKL. Run down to the buffet, not feeling like you're breaking the bank to eat there, cus frankly the bank was already broken whether we ate there or Mara :rotfl: then popping back to the room with a ride of the elevator and short walk across the width of the lobby. *insert dreamy sighing smilie here*

Thanks!! I made a sign last year too! It was much easier to spot the stroller in the massive parking areas with the sign hanging off of it. And I hoped it would deter any would be thieves at least a little bit.

Can't wait to hear what you thought of LeCellier.

Soarin' may be the best ride anywhere!! I so love it. Thank you for the complement on my boys!! I am trying to enjoy every moment, but even trying to enjoy the moments and being aware that time flies, time still flies. I am excited about them getting older to enjoy the different experiences that will come with it but am in no way ready for it to get here.

You're close to me?! That's AWESOME! Even if you are a Tech fan. :lmao:

Just came across your TR....off to read it!! :goodvibes

:welcome: Thanks for reading!!! :goodvibes

Flufferville!! Love it!! Better than Hawk-A-Loogeyville, as I call it.

But, hey, you've got a Super Target, so I won't knock it!! Love that Super Target! We're supposed to be getting one here on the other side of the outlets, so we'll have to wait and see....

So ... ehm... How exactly was it you got a due date in January (twice even)??? :rotfl2:

That was funny about having someone come train your beagle. We have a beagle as well... I think he is not trainable, unless of course he is following his nose. But he is the most lovable dog ever.

We had to wait probably 10 mins for our table at Le Cellier. We were seated closer to 1:40pm and were lead back to the right hand room... which I guess may be the only dining area. This was my first time there in a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng time. Our server was Melissa. She was nice, but had her hands full with several tables so the service was a bit slow. We weren't in a hurry though so we didn't mind.

She had several tables because there appeared to be only one section! This place was empty. I was shocked. After everything I've heard about how hard it is to get a ressie and how crowded and cramped it can be in there... at 2pm on this day it was empty.

January2010213.jpg

Look at all those tables!

Mr. I was still pretty full from breakfast so he opted to order a little lighter than he probalby would have normally. He ordered the tomato stack appetizer, salmon two ways for his entree and the apple crisp dessert. Dash had apple slices for his app, pizza for his entree and a kids sundae for dessert. I ordered the traditional Diser's meal. What else?! Cheddar Cheese Soup for an app, Mushroom Filet sub cream cheese mashed potatoes and the S'mores for dessert. I mainly ordered that dessert because I was pretty full and wanted to entertain Jack-Jack because by that point he was getting antsy.

January2010209.jpg

Jack-Jack drinking water in a kids cup!

January2010210.jpg

Dash excited to be in a 'fancy restaurant'. You'd think we never take our kids anywhere! :rotfl:

January2010211.jpg

Mr. I taking in all the details. His favorite part of Disney, me thinks. It really is a beautiful, yet quaint restaurant.

The pretzel bread was by far my fave of the breads. Although to be fair I don't think I even tried the other two.

Please don't hate me but I really didn't like the soup. :sad2: I think it was the beer taste in the background. I really don't like beer and can taste it a mile away and I just couldn't get past it. Which honestly was probably a good thing because I needed to save room for my yummmmmmmmmmmmmmy filet. The cream cheese mash potatoes were AWESOME! I'm gonna have to try to make those at home with no fat and no calories. :lmao: Loved the mushrooms beurre blanc I think it was.

The steak was melt in your mouth but not so tender you lost the fact that it was steak. It was cooked perfectly. The only thing I had an issue with was my own personal hang ups.... as I got to the bottom of the bowl, my mashed potatoes were pink from the juice running out of the steak. I ordered it medium -medium wel and I'm ok with pink line but I couldn't eat those pink potatoes! Thankfully I had plenty of non-pink potatoes left around the steak. I shared a few bites with Dash and one bite with Mr. I who works in a steakhouse so he rarely orders steak out. They both approved. Dash really didn't like his pizza but ya can't fault Le Cellier for that. He's the one that ordered pizza at a steakhouse. Jack-Jack shared off of all of us. He was really good for the most part but was definitely getting tired and wiggly. Hence the smores. He was mollified with a marshmallow on a stick for a bit.

January2010217.jpg

My dessert... it was ok. Not one I'd order again. The cookie bottom was nearly impossible to cut into with a spoon.

Mr. I liked his tomato stack and salmon. He really liked the fried rice filled eggroll. I tried a bite of the eggroll and it was good. I'm not a salmon fan so I didn't sample his. He didn't really care for his dessert. Said it was ok, just nothing special and not very crisp.

They brought Dash out a birthday dessert. Jack-Jack wasn't eating officially so they didn't bring him anything, which was fine.

January2010216.jpg

Birthday presentation

January2010219.jpg

Dash excited to have his first birthday dessert of the trip

When the check came, Melissa helped explain gratuity and stuff on the DxDDP and a credit card AFTER we asked her some questions. She in no way stepped over her boundaries here and was in fact a bit relunctant to say anything when we asked. We had tipped cash that morning so we were unsure how to let them know how much to charge our card for tip... if we let them know when they bring the bill or bring the KTTW card back or what. So we got that figured out and talked restaurant business for a bit. Jack-Jack by this point was done, throwing things on the floor. So I took him out of the restaurant while Mr. Incredible finished paying and Dash decided to go with me. We walked around and looked at the water and Dash went over to the empty Kidcot to color a mask.

January2010220.jpg

Coloring intently

Mr. I joined us and we took a few more pictures

January2010221.jpg

Love the stream through Canada

January2010222.jpg

Pretty building and sky

January2010223.jpg

Thought this tree was really beautiful

and then walked our way around the WS. We took our time but really didn't do much, just enjoyed being there.

We got a Kim Possible FP in France which was good for Norway. I explored the department store in Japan. Dash wanted Bakugan. :headache: I told him no way was he getting a souvie from Disney that he could get at Target! Mr. I bought a shot of Lemoncello in Italy. It was a gorgeous day but I didn't take many pictures for some reason.

The mission in Norway was fun.... I bought a few snacks while I waited for Mr. I and Dash to finish the mission. A school bread... my first... and an almond pretzel. I wasn't a big fan of either, I'm afraid. The school bread was ok.. I mainly ate the middle. The pretzel was kinda icky. I went back inside the bakery and asked for a To Go container so we took them back to the room. We turned our Kimunicator back in and we headed toward the buses.

January2010224.jpg

One last photo on the way out

Once we got to our stop, it took about 10 mins to get a bus at 5pm in the afternoon. There was one other family waiting.

January2010225.jpg

Boys on the bus
Back at the hotel, Mr. I finished my Norwegian snackage and then he and Jack-Jack took a nap. Dash watched cartoons quietly and he read books and worked in his journal while I updated my trip notes. I made him take some quiet time while I took a hot bubble bath. The break was great! Very relaxing.

I called my mom and updated her on everything that we had done for the day. It was cool because I had texted her some pics, a new thing for her. So she was super excited to see what was going on, even though she wasn't with us.

I woke Mr. I and Jack-Jack up around 7:30pm. We had a date with WPE!

Up next!!

WPE and Goofy's Candy Co and my arguement with a CM!!!!! :scared1:

STAY TUNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

great reports & love the photos

Thank you and :welcome:

Flufferville!! Love it!! Better than Hawk-A-Loogeyville, as I call it.

Y'all are getting a Super Target?! That's awesome. If ony you had an HEB closer and I'd move that direction! :rotfl:

Flufferville was pretty funny. ;)

Joining in a bit late but can't wait for more. What a beautiful family you have! :goodvibes

Never too late to join in!! Thank you for the lovely complement!! And :welcome:
So ... ehm... How exactly was it you got a due date in January (twice even)??? :rotfl2:

AHEM! Well... you see... there's this month called MAY! And well... yeah.

:lmao:

My beagle is half dachshund too. Lordy what was I thinking? He is the best dog with my kids but my gosh does he get into everything. Just this week he tore down a screen off our window and ate the DirecTV cable going into our bedroom. I have to watch him constantly! I keep praying he'll grow out of it!

Want another dog? I'll ship him for free! :lmao:

You had my favorite meal at Le Cellier! The pretzel bread is my favorite too, but I LOVE the soup (of course, I like beer...... ). Sounds like you had a very nice afternoon walking around World Showcase, and from your pictures it looks like it was a beautiful day :thumbsup2

Oh my gosh, I just noticed that you changed your location to Flufferville! :lmao:

Hi gelly! I'm all subbed and caught up!

And, I was right when I guessed Pflugerville. I didn't need the backstory afterall! :rotfl2:

Looks like y'all are having a great time so far and your boys are really sweet. I hope that they will always enjoy sharing a birthday.

Looking forward to more of your story! popcorn::

:surfweb: Enjoying your trip report!!

I saw your location on your signature and thought you were stuck
between a Rock (Round Rock) and a Weird Place (Austin).
I happen to live in the weird place.
I wish I could use those toll roads for work, but I-35 :scared1: is the way I have to go.

Flufferville! :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

When you texted me that you finally got to see Wishes, i was soooo happy and excited for you!

i can't get over how Jack-jack is looking less like a baby in every picture i see of him... He is just growing up so fast!

i think you *should* have told the story of how you got their birthdays on the same day ;)

You are doing super awesome at keeping your TR going! :goodvibes Keep it up!!!

lulu!

:lmao:

:lmao: I can only imagine. Our beagle is a pure breed beagle and his nose really does lead him. He eats lots of things that are not edible. I'm not sure it's something he will grow out of. He is only a year old. We are looking for another dog though... :rotfl: Not sure I want one that eats the electrical though. Then we wouldn't have any sheets, blankets, socks, computer, or tv... I do have to agree that he is really good with the kids. My youngest can sit on him and he just lays there and tries to lick him.

How old is your dog? Did you crate train him? We have to leave our dog in the crate when we leave the house. He would eat everything if we didn't.
