Long Distance - w/ Rewards? NOT MCI

I am looking for a new long distance company and wanted to find out if anyone rewards. We signed up for MCI thru MyPoints, and boy is it expensive!!!
We want something with no monthly fee (or extremely minimal). We make very few long distance calls per year, maybe for mother's day and a couple other times in the year.
Anyone have any good suggestions?
