Long Beach Airport to DL

My apologies for asking yet another question, but I just want to doublecheck my research.

How much would cab fare be from LGB to DL? I'm thinking $35-40, but I just wanted to check so there are no surprises. .

I have seen posted a flat rate of $33 several places.

Does anyone know if LGB cabs are in ample supply? I am hoping to pick up my bags and hop in a cab. Is this realistic?

We were just there in October and while we waited for our limo, I saw lots of cabs just waiting for passengers!

Hmmm..I've read it is a flat rate of about $30 from the pier in San Pedro to LGB, so I would think a taxi from the airport to Disneyland would be considerably more.

Both cab drivers I used knew nothing of flat fares - it was about $50 on the meter each way.

Can someone clue me into how to get the flat fare?
