London Hotel to Dover Cruise Port Transfers

We;ve done this before and enjoyed the transfer and stop at the Battle of Britain memorial and Dover Castle.
Pick up from many Heathrow hotels and central London locations

We are on the August 28 cruise out of Dover. We'll be in London a few days prior. Debating on doing the DCL pick up at the DoubleTree or either International Friends or London Toolkit and seeing Dover Castle. Both of the tour transfers mention getting to cruise terminal around 2:00. On board time is 4:00. In normal times that would be plenty of time. With pre boarding testing and everything else Covid, do you think just 2 hours prior is enough time?
