Login problems...Need help please

Everytime I try to login, it just takes me back to the login page with no error. The only way I can get in is if I create a new account, but when I exit and try to get back it, it won't let me. I'm 100% sure I punch in the correct login information, so that can't be the problem. I tried the faq on the VMK website, but to no help. Any suggestions? It would be nice if there was an error message, but there isn't.....I tried disabling my firewall, but it just does the same thing. I run the updated Firefox, and I'm on Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated.

The only time I get sent back to the log in screen like that is because I have not entered my log in correctly. Are you typing in your email address or your user name? If you are an adult your login should be your email address, if your a kid it shold be your user name.
