Hello Darkside Peeps! :wave2:

Haven't been here for a long time but I'm back to plan my HHN trip this year (a surprise gift to my hubby for our 10 year anni!) :yay:

I was looking for a You First sticky or thread to answer my question but couldn't find any updated ones so I'm asking my question here . ... hope y'all don't mind. :goodvibes:

DH and I are planning on a trip in October, which hotel restaurants accept the platinum food credit? I know Islands dining room and Portofino dining room did last time we went, but does Momma Della's? Can you believe I'm platinum status still and haven't been to USO/IOA in over a year and a half?!? Guess they missed it. :woohoo:

Thanks for any help you can provide! :goodvibes

I would love to chime in on this thread. I will have GOLD status when we go down in July. Can you tell me what benefits we get with that?

Thank you Damo! :goodvibes

The suites in RPH are king and sleep 3 correct? I just wanted to make sure nothing else has changed besides HRH not participating. DH loves PBH but I want to try RPH. :thumbsup2

the answer is YES......

i only stay in the king suites at RPH so i knew the answer to this one ....

Is You First worth joining? I have an annual pass and will probably stay on-site about 3 times a year.

I remember last time I stayed at the RPR, I received an email saying if I wanted to join. I ignored it, but this thread got me to look into it again.

Just wondering if it's worth joining for someone like me. :)

YouFirst is free.
nothing to lose by signing up for it online.

if you stay onsite 3 times each year, you'll reach gold status easily.

see the chart that damo posted for benefits/perks per status.

It is definitely worth joining...if only for the free internet you get after your first stay.

Ok - thanks.

Also, I usually reserve by phone. When I reserve next time, do I have to tell them I'm a YouFirst member or will it show up automatically? In other words, is there anything I need to do on my end to make sure everything is in-line with my YouFirst account/membership?

Give them your number when you call.

Thanks Mac! RPH is the only one we haven't stayed at. DH loves PBH but I convinced him we had to try all three so we're doing RPH. :woohoo:

i've stayed at all 3 of the hotels and find i really enjoy the ambiance of the lobby/hotel of rph a lot.

it also has lots of food choices..............

i had over 20 stays at HRH before i tried RPH.
it was hard for me to change and try a new hotel but i did it.

i've made RPH my new home.
i really like it that much.

i hope you enjoy your stay at rph.
the rooms are smaller than the ones at pbh but closer to the parks and city walk.

I just joined YouFirst, but I previously had a Loews First Platinum card with probably 42 club room nights and 21 Villa suite nights accumulated on it.

Does any of the activity on the old program transfer over?

If you were a member of Loews first, then you just use the same number for Youfirst---you don't need to rejoin. Since the points are on a per year basis, I don't think anything will have carried over but you never know, we've heard about people having this happen.
