Loews Miami Beach....what to do while DH is at his conference?

DH has a conference scheduled mid-September. Assuming it does not get cancelled and I feel comfortable traveling, I will be joining him. It's at the Loews Miami Beach hotel in South Beach. We've never been there.

I will need to occupy my time while he's at his meetings/breakout group. I will obviously head to the beach, but what else is there to do? I looked at the spa menu for the hotel, and it's pricey. Again, assuming I'm comfortable, I will probably treat myself to a pedicure.

We are driving, so I will have a car, but I don't know the area and I'm not sure I want to be driving/navigating alone.

Vizcaya is a beautiful property to tour, Miami seaquarium, I believe there’s also a hop on & off bus tour. There are some nice cruise tours around biscayne bay where they go by the big mansions on the islands. Shop on Lincoln road (during the day), there’s been a lot of crime there in the late evening hours. The beaches are our main tourist attraction.

Go to the Wynwood Walls district to look around and take selfies.
Have a sandwich from La Sandwicherie.
There's Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall for shopping.
I did a day tour of Miami via a bus (which was fun...Included Star Island tour)
