locking up a Laptop?

What have y'all done if you brought a laptop, or something equally as valuable and large to one of the resorts? I seem to remember the in-room safes being too small to accomodate a computer. I know I'll need to work some of the time during the trip, but I don't know where to store it when it's not in use.

Any suggestions or tips?

Buy a Kensington lock at the computer store and loop it throught the bars of a chair or something that they can't slip off. Insurance companies want to know that you did something to prevent the theft of your laptop.
