We will be going in January and trying not to bring a stroller. We will bring coats/sweatshirts for evening....my question is are there lockers in every park where we could stash these until we need them? Also, where are the lockers located?

Yep. Each park has lockers. I believe there about $6 a day (you get $2 back if you return the key to them at the end of the day)...But I'm not sure about the prices. Hopefully someone else on here knows for sure.
In Magic Kingdom the lockers are located under the Train Station as you enter the parks. I believe there are 2 sizes avaible, depending on how much space you need.

In MGM I believe they are located to you right as you enter the park, next to stroller/wheelchair rental I believe.

Sorry, not sure about the other two major parks though...

Info is from AllEars. They only gave prices for MK and MGM but I believe it's the same for all parks, the smaller lockers cost a few dollars less than the larger ones. I think these prices are for the larger lockers and I guess the pricing is still accurate altho' I haven't rented one since last December.

Animal Kingdom
Lockers - located just inside and outside the park entrance. As you enter the park, lockers are located on the left side near Guest Relations.

Epcot
Lockers - located on the west side of Spaceship Earth (on the right as you enter the park). Lockers are also available at the International Gateway.

Magic Kingdom
Lockers - located at the Transportation and Ticket Center and also at the Main Street Railroad Station (ground level). Lockers cost $7 per day, with $2 (Disney dollars or real dollars) refunded upon return of the key on the same day.


MGM Studios
Lockers - located just inside the park entrance at Oscar's on your right. Lockers cost $7 per day, with $2 (Disney dollars or real dollars) refunded upon return of the key on the same day.

There are 2 sizes of lockers only at Epcot and MGM.
They are both the same price.
You can ask for a larger one if you need it, but if they are all gone, you can only get a smaller one.

(All theme-park lockers at WDW are currently $7-day + $2 refundable key deposit).
If you rent a locker at one park and "hop" to another, you can show your dated locker receipt and not have to pay for another locker that same day... (just another $2 refundable key deposit).

That info is a bit out-dated.

MK just built a new locker area within the year (with all new lockers, all of the same-size).
It is to the far RIGHT as you start to go under the RR Station.
This is where the former "Stroller-rental" was located.
(They swapped the Lockers and the Stroller-rental locations.)
