Does it use a standard plug? If so then you should be able to find a spot along the wall. We fly SW and had to use a nebulizer and I was told that in the terminal areas they have wall outlets about every 15 feet. I hope that this applies for your area of the airport.
Most of the gate areas have a "charging station" which is a post with several outlets on it. It is intended for people who need to recharge their compters, phones, etc. There is no cost to use them.
We flew with our son who is on oxygen last year. The company we rented the concentrator from (he is on tanks at home) provided us with two batteries which is 12 hours of time. We flew Alaska and they told us that there were plugs every 12 feet or so in the boarding areas. People use them to charge phones/laptops etc. She also said if we had any issue with them being full and silly people not being willing to unplug their cell phone so we could charge the O2 to tell the staff at the boarding counter and they would make sure we had a plug.
