Location Requests Blank?

I added an extra night on to our upcoming stay for All-Star Movies (We are spending the remainder of our trip at POR) and when I completed on-line check in, both location request drop drown boxes were blank. Is this normal at the All-Star Resorts, or is something glitch-y with the system? Thanks!

Try opening it in incognito mode or using a different browser, definitely glitchy.

I experienced the same thing yesterday for Pop Century, but today, everything is fine so you should be able to do your online check-in

Quick question on my side : did Disney took away the Near Transportation option for the room location? Was it replaced by Congress Park?

Glitchy system.
Online check in choices coming and going is a known issue since the failed update earlier in the summer.

Congress Park is a section in SSR. If it is showing up for POP, that is a glitch.

I kept getting emails from Disney saying to confirm my online check in so I went in and my requests were blank but when I logged out and logged back in they were there.
When I got to my resort and did not have a room ready text yet I went to eh front desk and they said that even though she could see my online check in the system was being weird and not notifying them to assign a room.
We did get what we had wanted but it was a pain to wait in the line only to find out it was due to a glitch.

When I went to check in at BC my sons' room already had 'connecting room' chosen and I can't delete it. Going to chalk it up to the system being wonky. I'll call a week or so out and request what I actually want.
