Location of these two hotels?

I have two hotels reserved for the Friday night of Memorial Day weekend and want to choose which will get us to Epcot faster and easier. I've heard that construction has caused major delays getting into the parks. One hotel is Champions World which is on the west side (north?) of I4, close to AK I believe. The other is on the east (south?), side of I4 in the 44?? address of W. Irlo Bronson. I believe its neat the Capone Dinner show. Which choice is better to get us to Epcot with the least traffic/hassle?

Champions will be closer. Traffic will be better coming from the west towards World Drive ( Disney main road). The other hotel is farther, lots of traffic lights to get to Disney.

kept in mind that alot of the construction is in WDW itself - they are closing old roads and putting in new ones. So either way you just have to be careful. on the new roads to me will much worst - they are mostly high up in the air.
