In one week I will be arriving at the Magic Kingdom in a 15 passenger MiniBus (one that is built on a Ford F250 frame - not like a mini schoolbus). Where is the location for parking oversized vehicles at MK?

Very experienced WDW enthusiast, visit annually, traveling for a conference and serving as sort of "tour guide" for group of 15 (including me)

Thanks to the Dis'ers. This is my first thread.

Hmmm. Can't find a pic to what I think you may be describing, but do you mean like a 15 passenger van? My 12 passenger van, an F – 350, fits easily in any normal parking space.

Not one of the 15 person vans. More like the attached photo (first time uploading photo so pls let me know if it didn't work). We needed room for luggage and it's more room for passengers.

Attached photo is example. It's a rental (flying into MCO from DTW) and a similar photo is posted to thier website.

It can fit in a parking spot but I eect it more likely they will see as oversized vehicle. I'm budgeting for the more expensive fee to park.

I've seen them park RVs and really large vehicles across several spaces in the MK parking lot. Not sure if that is the 'norm' but I've seen in on multiple occasions. In AK they tend to park large vehicles in a separate area - over near butterfly / peacock side.

If it's on a F-250 frame, I don't know that you will require oversized parking?? I've brought an F-350 crew cab dually and I was in regular parking.

Wish I could find a place to rent those locally. That would be much handier than the standard 15-passenger vans.

As for parking, I'd just pay at the booth & they'll direct you to the appropriate space. :)

Thanks everyone for your input. A rental of this size is a new experiance for me and I love being overly informed when it come to all things DisneyParks.

That would be interesting. I imagine that the parking staff is rarely surprised. Wish I could hear some stories.

I'm planning on a pretty early arrival. Close parking is a goal. It will be an adventure.

when you arrive in the lot they'll direct you - although I would listen carefully at the toll booth - you never know they might tell you where to go. Have fun!
