Location of guest services at DD Marketplace

Was hoping someone could tell me exactly where to find guest services at the marketplace.We will be arriving Saturday and would like to exchange our ticket vouchers for our tickets at DD instead of having to do it at the park the next morning.TIA

Your voucher can be exchanged at Disney Quest. Most of the parking is on the West Side now so you will be close to DQ.

So it would be best to do it at Disney Quest? We are planning on spending the evening in DD and I know that parking is a nightmare right now and yes we will be driving our own vehicle.

There are two Guest Relations at DTD. One is at Disney Quest on the West Side, the other is next to the now closed Team Mickey (behind Ghirardelli) in the Marketplace.

We parked near Disney Quest early one Saturday, and when we left, traffic for parking was being directed to the far lots. It will probably be easiest to find an area to park and then venture to Disney Quest or Guest Services that is near Ghiradelli/Team Mickey area.

Same thing were doing..Getting our TIX exchanged Sat night and going right over Ghirardelli for some killer Ice Cream right there.

I can't seem to find any posted hours for Guest Services at DD. We arrive late on 1/15. We need to activate my son's AP. It would be great to get it done the night we arrive. It'll be around 11pm when we get to Saratoga. You think they'll be open?? If we have to wait until the next day, does anyone know when they open on a Friday morning?

Guest Services at Downtown Disney area is located in Disney Marketplace. Services include guidebooks for guests with disabilities, distribution of handheld captioning devices, wheelchair, ECV & stroller rentals. Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday - Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
