Location of 2 bedrooms in the Springs at SSR

Do you think the location of 2 bedroom units will be similar in the Springs section of SSR as it was in Congress Park.

I felt the 2 bedroom dedicateds did not get the better views in Congress Park. Do you think the building layout will be similar in the Springs.

Any guesses?

The floorplans should be the same for all 12 buildings under construction. Whether they keep this design for Phase 3 remains to be seen.

I see what you're saying--assuming that the building points directly at DD, only 2 of the 5 dedicated 2Bs on each floor really point right at DD. Given the odd angles of the buildings, it's probably closer to 3 of 5 on each floor that have the DD view--the two middle units and one of the two interior units depending on the position of the building.

Actually, it's probably about the same ratio as the lockoff rooms:

1st Floor: 5 of 8 with good views
2nd Floor: 3 of 6
3rd Floor: 3 of 6
4th Floor: 1 of 4

Do you know which building in the Springs is going to open first?

The dedicateds did not have bad views, just that they were at an angle to the DD view.
