DH and I have been eating locarb since June. While we're not going to obsess on vacation about it, we also don't want to derail ourselves completely. (I've lost 10 and he's lost 20!) Next week we will arrive at BCV for a week's stay. We plan on using the kitchen for breakfast each day, as well as the occasional lunch and dinner. We will stop at a food store on the way, so we can buy whatever is needed. Any ideas for quick and easy meals? Most of our quickie meal ideas are from our days before locarbing.
Thanks for any help!

Omelets for breakfast are always quick and easy. Lunch meat like roast beef or ham rolled with cheese make great/easy lunches or snacks. (we use boarshead meats and cheeses)

Don't forget...burgers, make them exciting by adding things to them...peppers, blue cheese, bacon etc.

Also...don't rule out small salads with bacon, cheese, etc.

Actually, it is very easy to eat low carb at disney, even if you don't cook.

Enjoy!

Thanks Webray!
I'm so used to cooking on Sunday (ch. breasts, hard boiled eggs, etc. for the week) that I guess I was afraid of spending the first day in the villa cooking!
Roll ups are a good idea. Salads will also work. I guess we can buy the precooked and sliced chicken breasts.

The hardest part will be avoiding the chocolate croissant at Boardwalk Bakery!

Anybody else?
