Local Company for Airport transfer to Hotel

Does anyone have a local company or maybe a former cast member that does this for a service. Mears Connect isnt a bad price. But if I can go local or help a former cast member I would like to

Mears is a local company; they also offer private transfers for a reasonable price. However, there are some smaller ones that a lot of people like.
I've personally used Mears and Ace Luxury Transportation and like both.

I thought that the Mears Connect was a rip off at first. But its actually pretty aggressive pricing for what you are getting. The exclusivity of your own vehicle comes at a bit higher price. Thank you for the recommendations

Definitely not a ripoff, in my opinion.
