If you used your real dates when you ordered, it shouldn't take that long. They use the dates to prioritize the processing of your order. If you're really worried, call them.
Did, and done. They said they will work on it now. I said if I don't hear by noon tomorrow I will call back. THat 7 day thing scared me! Like Target is 4 hours!!!
I didn't plan ahead and called them the day before our last trip and they were unable to sell me tickets. They said theu needed a minimum of 48 hours (or maybe 72?). I definitely learned my lesson and plan ahead now!
I ordered mine (just got one) on a Tuesday evening and received the e-mail Thursday around lunchtime, so it can definitely take a little while. Then my friend ordered hers on a Saturday and had it in a matter of minutes. So it can vary wildly.
Earlier this year we got some the night before visiting the park for my BIL and he called them to get it sent quicker. They got them just fine after calling.
