First off I purchased 5 day hoppers for Feb 2019. On the website you can only search till end of December 2018. Like everyone says on here NO PROBLEM because the tickets expire in 2020. They are 100% correct LMT Tickets purchased this year will expire 2020!

Anyways I got my eticket the following day and immediately linked the tickets to my disneyland app. My questions is

Do I still need to print my tickets?

Do I go straight to the gate turnstiles?

Do they still give me real paper hard tickets when 1st scanned at the gate?

When I linked each ticket, I had to name each ticket. Which was my wife, myself and my 2 kids. Im thinking this is so I dont have to write everyones name on the hard tickets?

Also when 1st scanned at the gate I have 13 days to use all 5 days right?

Thanks in advance!

Also yes I have been to disneyland many times. I just never used etickets. Always printed paper tickets or hard tickets directly thru disney.

1) I would just to be safe - my app lost my ticket for a long while

2) Yes

3) Yes

4) The ticket numbers will be important once pictures are taken at the gate - each ticket will now be linked to a specific guest and can only be used by that guest for entry. If your tickets get mixed up and say your wife and eldest want to ride something while you and the youngest ride something else with fastpass you'll need to know which ticket each fastpass is linked to as well.

5) Yes

I didn’t print mine. No issues. I figured I could have shown them my email to scan instead if needed.

If you decide not to print the e-tickets, take a photo of each paper ticket after you receive them at the turnstiles. Make sure to have a clear image of the bar code in each photo. This just serves as a safety measure in case the tickets get lost/stolen or if your phone dies. DISers have reported being able to replace their tickets easily at Guest Services because they had the photos. (And, if you're paranoid about things like this like I am, you might want to scan the LMT tickets onto someone else's phone, too, so that you have a backup at the turnstiles in case your phone decides not to cooperate on your first day.)
