LL Multi Pass Help with 4 Park "Challenge"

I feel so sad to be out of the loop. Park strategy was my thing and now I feel lost. My friend and I are running the 5k for Princess and immediately after have our 1 park day. AK opens at 7:30 am which we are eligible for and I am looking for some help knowing what to book on our 7 day advance LL day which is this coming Thursday. I have watched some videos and read some articles so I am understanding the strategy of booking something super early as a "throwaway" so we can then book something in another park and
not be restricted to Tiers. In addition, no one ride is that important to us b/c we are taking the day to hit each park, soak it in, eat, drink and do at least one ride. That being said, we do have some wishlist attractions.

AK - Navi River (not clear if we should rope drop this - hard to time with the race - or book a LL for it). Guess if we book LL for it, we will rope drop Flight of Passage.
MK - Big Thunder, Peter Pan, Pirates, HM, and maybe Tiana (is that currently a virtual queue?) If it's cold, don't want to ride it. We will purchase for Tron
HS - Mickey and Minnies Runaway Railway (won't be doing Star Wars rides)
EP - Soarin, Frozen, Ratatouille - but again, we will be doing much more eating/drinking once at Epcot

My friend is doing the booking on Thursday so I need to be clear with my directions for her for the three rides to book at AK (or maybe I'm hung up on this one strategy and there is a better strategy).

Everyone is gonna have a different idea on this probably but my opinion is.

Start at AK and don't book any LL. RD one attraction and leave.
Book your LL for the next park.
I'd go to HS next and book it for MMRR which is a tier 1 so then when you're done with that you can book another tier 1 plus 2 tier 2's.
Book those for EPCOT. At EPCOT do single rider for Rat.
Start booking your LL's for MK.

Yes Tiana has a VQ so I'd try for that at 7am day of because from what I've been seeing CM's have been allowing you to use it after the boarding group window has closed.

Bonus points if you stay Deluxe and do it on a Wednesday because then MK is open later plus you have a second opportunity to get Tiana VQ at 6pm.

Or if you stay Deluxe and go on a Monday then EPCOT has the extending evening hours and you could switch up ark order.
