LL location for Festival of Fantasy Parade

Where is the location for the LL for the Festival of Fantasy Parade? If anyone has used the LL for this, how was it? How early before the parade did you arrive, did you have enough space for your family, was the LL location crowded, how was it separated from the crowd, was it a better viewing area or did it just allow you to not have to waste time saving a spot?
