Good morning everyone. I had a quick question that is not specific to our particular cruise and possibly not even to the Fantasy itself but thought some of you more experienced folks would know the answer.

I'm planning on using the fitness center in the mornings and would like to be able to bring coffee back to my DW so she won't be Cruella (don't tell her I said that ) in the mornings. Does anyone know if I'll be able to swing by any place on the ship and get some coffee to take back to the stateroom? We don't really want to deal with room service since it's just coffee. Also, if there is a place, do you think they'd have a problem if we brought some travel mugs to fill and take back to the stateroom? We have some really great travel mugs from Costco that are 100% spill proof, even in a bag upside down and would love to use them if possible.

You can always get coffee at the drink station. While you can use your travel mug, they don't let you fill the mug directly for sanitary reasons.

And Greetings to those who have recently joined ... ... It is coming down to crunch time ... only two weeks left before we head off to WDW


Received our Port Orleans Riverside room package details and tickets for MNSSHP in the mail ... plus Halloween Horror Night tickets at Universal ... finalized our limo and auto rental reservations and scooter rental for DW ... exchanged Can $$ for US $$ which is almost at par @ 1.003 ... bought our fourth piece of luggage (yes, we are bringing FOUR pieces of luggage ) ... received our FE in the mail ... reservations confirmed for Fantasmic and Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage ... and I haven't talked about the cruises yet ... Remy and Palo Brunch on the first cruise and Palo Dinner on the second cruise ... and so on and so on


Things yet to do ... our cruise documentation (guess it takes longer to get them up here in Canada) yet to arrive ... had to order two more luggage tags for the Magical Express (hope they arrive in time) ... finalize and package all our FE's and incorporate all the updates ... packing of course ...


Was hoping to get a Cabana on CC (yes, I am that delusional ) but none avail on both cruises. But that will be offset by the special shore excursion I planned for DW and I (which will occur on the Eastern Itinerary) where I booked an excursion on St. Thomas (called the "007 Helicopter Private Island Escape") where via helicopter ... After a 10 minute flight you will have crossed the short stretch of Atlantic Ocean that divides St Thomas, from the uninhabited island of Hans Lollick, where you will find one of the most spectacular white sand beaches reserved just for you. ... I think this will be the highlight of our trip and a perfect way to celebrate our 20th Anniversary ... just DW and I alone on a tropical island in the Caribbean ... bringing our own snorkel gear, picnic lunch ...


Barring any unforseen circumstances including my DW's health, it's almost time to get this party rockin' ...

I think that they have been testing a new fast pass system since around April. I remember right before our trip in May random people were reporting getting those emails.

My son Josh started kindergarten today too. He and Ryan will have lots to talk about. : ) No tears for any of us - lots of big smiles! He'll get a few weeks under his belt and then we'll be on the Fantasy. Woohooo!

Just going through the lists now and finding some discrepancies so also wondering when the final list is coming out ... Nonniepaddie ... don't know if I am getting your whole list as gometros and newflyer, nicbic 97 etc are missing ... and on gometros's list, still have no stateroom numbers for pinky3, Julencamsmom, bugsgrandma and so forth ... so a bit confused as to which list to go for ...

Nonniepaddie's list is correct. Not everybody on Gometros's list is participating in the FE. There is a column for FE. Some of the people on the list have NO under the FE column.

I have been checking my list against Gometros' almost daily, to make sure I am up-to-date with the changes that seem to happen daily...people drop out or added newcomers that just booked...etc. There are a few people that want a "finalized" list of FE gift exchange participants. I will keep updating my list, until I leave for Orlando on the 27th. I'm confidant that the count we have now, will not change much in the next 23 days. TWENTY-THREE DAYS!!

I know bugsgrandma is not participating in the FE and I am Julencamsmom 's mother and talked to her and they aren't participating in the FE either. We did not provide staterooms since we weren't participating.

I didn't get this -- it sounds very intriguing! I'll be interested to hear what you get and how it actually works.

I find that it's always the little experiences that makes a holiday so special - the attention to detail - it's always fun to find a great deal or planning something unique!

In re: to the FastPass+ Experiences, we have booked FP for the Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Main Street Electrical Parade and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular! I am excited about the last two as I never knew that there were FP's available for these events ... from what I have read on the other thread, there is a special viewing area or something like that avail that makes it easier to avoid fighting the crowds. It will be interesting to see how everything works out.

My BAD!! I was so pre-occupied working on the two lists for the B2B cruises, I totally neglected the columm for FE for this cruise when I was putting together the FEs the second time around - no wonder I was short Thanks!!
