just watched the start of the match at anfield and a very moving tribute to rhys jones, the Everton anthem was played and the family said that the thought of that happening at anfield would have made him smile.

every time i see his mum she seems so dignified, my heart goes out to her

I just feel so sorry for the family. This morning i was watching an interview and the mother said they would have to move away because of the memories. Its when stuff like this happends that makes you stop and think.

I know what you mean Nat, I cant even begin to imagine the pain that they are going through, very very tragic:sad1:

I saw that too - it was a lovely tribute. My heart goes out to the family - I cant imagine what they are going through

I didn't see it, but I'm sure I would've cried, it is so sad. My heart goes out to his family

This is just heartbreaking. I can't imagine what his family are going through.

I was there last night and am proud to say it was a special tribute and the minutes applause was good too.

Never thought I would hear Z cars played at Anfield but every red was fully behind the gesture.

i wondered if you had gone to the game :) it was a great idea and you could tell that the reds were behind the gesture

on a side note leicester's game against forest was abandoned at half time due to a collapse of Leicester player Clive Clarke
he is currently stable in hospital

I know Nat - heard it on the radio last night.

After that poor Spanish player as well at the weekend it's been a bad few days.
